					&lt;p&gt;According to the Act on the Right of Access to Information (Narodne novine&amp;nbsp;25/13, 85/15, 69/22), public authority bodies must publish on their website drafts of general acts and regulations that affect the rights and interests of the public, users, external stakeholders, and employees, and conduct public consultations on them.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Furthermore, public consultation is an important element of the quality improvement policy in accordance with the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area.&lt;/p&gt;
