The initiative for its establishment was launched by Professor Kata Galić, PhD, recognizing the importance of this discipline in the food sector.</p> <p>As early as 2009, the Chair grew into an independent Laboratory for Food Packaging and became an integral part of the Department of Food Technology Engineering.
