The Centre includes the Laboratory for Genetics and Biotechnology, the Laboratory for Drying Processes and Stability Monitoring of Bioactive Compounds, and, since 2015, the Laboratory for Honey Quality Control.</p> <p>Through scientific and EU projects, research activities address areas relevant to food producers in the wider Zadar County, such as organism genotyping, development of new food products, determination of bioactive compounds and other food ingredients, and food quality control.
