In agriculture, it produces &lt;strong&gt;nutritionally enriched and climate-resilient crops&lt;/strong&gt;, reducing reliance on chemical pesticides. In the food industry, it is used for the &lt;strong&gt;production and extraction of functional ingredients, alternative proteins, cultivated meat&lt;/strong&gt;, and new preservation methods that maintain maximum nutritional value. In industrial applications, biotechnology is essential for establishing a sustainable circular economy. It enables the production of &lt;strong&gt;biofuels, bioplastics, and eco-friendly dyes&lt;/strong&gt; from renewable sources. Biotechnological processes are used to convert waste into valuable &lt;strong&gt;biochemicals and for wastewater treatment&lt;/strong&gt;. In medicine, biotechnology supports the development of advanced therapies, such as gene therapies, vaccines, and methods like CAR-T cell therapy for &lt;strong&gt;cancer treatment&lt;/strong&gt;, laying the foundation for personalised medicine and potential &lt;strong&gt;organ regeneration&lt;/strong&gt;. In the field of marine and aquatic resources, seaweed is being researched as a source for &lt;strong&gt;biorefineries&lt;/strong&gt;, alongside the search for new antibiotics and industrial raw materials. Beyond these sectors, biotechnology integrates with &lt;strong&gt;information technologies&lt;/strong&gt; through the application of artificial intelligence in DNA analysis, protein structure prediction, epidemic forecasting, and accelerated drug discovery.&lt;/p&gt;
