Grades in ISVU can be entered via:

the ISVU Exams module
the Teacher Portal (https://www.isvu.hr/nastavnici/prijava)

The Teacher Portal enables easy grade entry, including entry from outside the faculty network, provided that the student has registered for the exam.

Prerequisites Before Keeping Exam Records

Permissions to work in the Exams and Teacher Portal modules are granted by the institutional ISVU coordinator (Professor Marko Nuskol, PhD, mnuskol@pbf.hr). The request for permission is submitted by the course holder, who is also responsible for the timely and accurate entry of grades.
If the exam periods are not defined by the Teaching Committee, the Student Office staff should be notified so that the exam period can be defined in ISVU (course code required: list of course codes). Exam registration and deregistration deadlines can be checked and changed in the Exam Period window. The system automatically sets the deadline three days before the exam (instructions).
Records of students who are not entitled to take the exam are kept in the Students without the right to a course signature window, Exam menu (instructions).
The course status attended/completed, when the exam period is defined before the end of the semester, is set in the appropriate ISVU windows (instructions, instructions for individual students).
The List of students by groups window is used for viewing, recording and printing the list of students by academic year (instructions).

Exam Registration

For the first exam periods (last partial exam), attendance is mandatory for all students who have attended the course. The authorized person for exam records performs the registration by registering all students. The attendance sequence number should be 1 or 5. If it is different, it concerns a student who has withdrawn from studies without formal deregistration – such students should be reported to the Student Office.
For other exam periods, students register independently via Studomat, and teachers should warn them about this in a timely manner.
In exceptional situations, registration can be performed by the authorized person for exam records.

Recording Exam Results

Recording of results is done in the Oral Exam Results window (instructions).
The exam date entered is the date of the oral exam or the date of publication of the written exam results, and must correspond to the date entered in the student's index.
An exam before a committee is recorded in the Exam before Committee window (instructions).
The course holder is entered as the first member of the committee (the order is for record-keeping in ISVU, while during the exam the course holder cannot be the president of the committee).
