The ethanol production by various raw materials (molasses, corn, lignocellulosicbiomass). Economic comparison of fermentative processes in the production of alcohol. The production of ethanol fuel. The importance of the production of microbial protein. Prospects for production and application of microbial biomass. Nutritional value of microbial biomass.
