Popularization of Science
At FFTB, science does not remain closed within laboratory walls – we bring it into the public space every day. The popularization of science is at the core of our mission: we want to educate the public and encourage an understanding of the key role that scientific findings in food technology, biotechnology, and nutrition play in everyday life. Transferring the results of scientific research conducted at our faculty directly impacts human health, food safety, environmental sustainability, and the development of society.
We believe that science should be accessible to everyone, which is why we strive to bring it closer to citizens of all age groups. Everyone has the right to understand the world they live in, and we want to show that science is neither "difficult" nor "unreachable." It is all around us and can be both fun and useful!
