From laboratory research to practical application – our projects connect science with the real needs of the industrial sector and nutrition science. By participating in prestigious national and European competitions, the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology is building a system in which specific challenges of modern society are solved through research excellence and teamwork. For our students, this provides direct insight into the profession and a unique opportunity to turn theoretical knowledge into professional excellence and sustainable solutions.
