Responsibilities: Implements occupational safety measures at all Faculty locations in Zagreb and Zadar; monitors legal regulations on occupational safety, fire protection, and environmental protection; drafts official documents and participates in workplace risk assessments and audits; maintains records of employee injuries and completes required documentation; organises and refers employees for systematic and special medical examinations; coordinates with external service providers for equipment testing, humidity, and microclimate measurements; manages pest control (deratisation, disinfection, and disinfestation) and ensures safe working practices; implements fire protection measures; oversees periodic and control inspections of hydrant networks, lightning protection, gas installations and appliances, boiler rooms, lifts, and fire extinguishers; liaises with and monitors the security service responsible for physical and technical protection of the Faculty.

Responsibilities: Implements occupational safety measures at all PBF locations in Zagreb and Zadar; monitors occupational safety regulations; participates in workplace risk assessments; manages pest control (deratisation, disinfection, and disinfestation) at all locations; implements fire protection measures and monitors related legal regulations; drafts fire protection documents; oversees inspections and testing of hydrant networks, lightning protection, gas installations, boiler rooms, lifts, and fire extinguishers; conducts weekly site inspections (checking fire extinguishers, emergency exits, hydrant networks, etc.); coordinates with the Ministry of the Interior, fire departments, and inspectors; liaises with the security service; performs other duties as assigned by the Dean and Head of Service; maintains orderly documentation for all activities.
