Responsibilities: Assigns classification and registry numbers to all incoming, outgoing, and internal documents; distributes and dispatches documents to organisational units; receives, records, distributes, and dispatches mail; participates in receiving materials for the Faculty Council; issues certificates of registration; conducts oral and written correspondence with natural and legal persons; maintains the General Notice Board; maintains the internal and local delivery books; maintains the registry for incoming invoices; maintains delivery and receipt books for mail; maintains electronic documentation; undertakes professional training as required; performs other duties as assigned by the Secretary General and the Dean; maintains orderly documentation for all the above tasks.
